1Christian.net is sad to announce that 1CN Tunes is offline. 1CN Tunes site, engine and buying platform was brought to you, fully owned and operated by the PassAlong Networks. PassAlong Networks has informed us that they have gone into bankruptcy and were forced by mitigating circumstances to shut down. This happened VERY quickly. The letter we received informing us of the situation follows:
We at 1Christian.Net are extremely saddened by this letter and the action taken by PassAlong Networks. We are working hard to bring you all the information that may affect you. If you have any specific questions about your account or music points through Pass Along Networks Inc., please direct them to the legal counsel above. 1Christian.net was taken by surprise as much as you were and are working to create a solution for MP3's on our platforms. All other sites on the 1Christian.net platform are solely owned by 1Christian.Net, Inc. and are not in the process of or are there any thoughts of going away. As we continue to build our company it is our complete intention to protect our customers from this type situation and has affected the way we will do business with other companies in the future. 1Christian.Net will strive to do our very best to continue to give you the highest quality of service and music to serve the Lord.

I am an attorney with SettlePou, counsel for Tennessee Pacific Group, LLC d/b/a PassAlong Networks ("PassAlong") and this communication is being sent to you in connection with your online digital music store agreement with PassAlong ("Agreement").
Over the past few years, PassAlong has been a major contributor to some of most innovative technology for the digital music industry. PassAlong has been honored to have the opportunity to help "pave the way" for this new music format and delivery medium. It has truly enjoyed seeing relationships created, companies grow, as well as individuals alike using PassAlong-powered services.
As many of you are aware, Apple's iTunes has dominated the digital distribution of music and left "non-Apple solutions" with little alternative but to combine forces with larger firms, for the benefit of scale and efficiencies. As evidence to this point, several of PassAlong's competitors have gone out of business in the last few months.
Currently, several parties have expressed interest in acquiring the Storeblocks™ and Spearkerheart platforms. We are hopeful that such an acquisition will occur.
Please note that all music content is now being suspended. PassAlong has terminated or is in the process of terminating access to all music content it provides to the StoreBlocks platform and all other music stores and kiosks it powers. No sales or song redemptions will be permitted for the affected content.
